• Fitness and training information: athlete assessments, check-ins, training activity, performance information, and other player-development information.
• Photos and videos: baseball or training media uploaded or associated with an athlete for coaching and player development.
• Other user content: training records, notes, and other content submitted through app features.

How We Use Information

Information is used for app functionality, including accounts, athlete profiles, coaching and training features, player-development information, and synchronization across supported devices.

Cloud Storage and Synchronization

Moundworks may use Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services to store or synchronize application information. Information processed through those services is also subject to Apple's applicable privacy and security practices.

Advertising and Tracking

Moundworks does not use the personal information described here for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking and does not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

Sharing

Information may be available within Moundworks to authorized users who need it for the app's intended functionality, such as coaches, athletes, parents, or administrators. Information may also be processed by infrastructure providers necessary to operate the app, including Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services.

Children and Young Athletes

Moundworks may be used in connection with youth baseball training. Parents or guardians should supervise a minor's use when appropriate. Information relating to young athletes is intended to be used for training, coaching, account, and related app functionality.

Retention, Correction, and Deletion

Information is retained as reasonably necessary to provide Moundworks. Users, and parents or guardians where applicable, may request correction or deletion of account-related information by contacting Moundworks. Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, legal, or operational obligations.

Security

Reasonable measures are used to protect information handled through Moundworks. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes

This policy may be updated as Moundworks changes. The effective date will be updated when appropriate.
